Terms of Use

A free diagnostic tool. You answer questions about your junk removal business, and it tells you which of seven areas is most likely holding you back, along with what to work on first.

It is a starting point for your own thinking. It is not an audit in the accounting sense, and nobody has inspected your books.

The diagnosis is informational only. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or business advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship between us.

Decisions about hiring, pricing, borrowing, spending, or anything else that carries real risk are yours. Talk to a qualified accountant or advisor before making them.

Nothing here is a promise that your revenue will grow, your close rate will improve, or your business will change. Whether anything improves depends on what you do, your market, your team, and a hundred other things we cannot see.

The diagnosis is calculated from what you type in. Guessed or wrong figures produce a wrong answer, and the tool has no way to know the difference.

Where you tell us you do not know a number, we leave it out rather than inventing one, and we lower the stated confidence of the result. Take a low-confidence diagnosis as a hypothesis, not a verdict.

Uploading a document is optional. If you do, you confirm you have the right to share it.

• Do not upload anything containing card numbers, bank details, passwords, or government ID numbers.
• Do not upload other people's personal information, including customer lists.
• Do not upload anything you are contractually barred from sharing.

Please do not:

• Submit deliberately fake audits at volume, or otherwise try to overwhelm the tool.
• Attempt to break into the admin area or any part of the system you are not meant to reach.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the diagnostic framework, the questions, or the curriculum as your own.

We may block access if any of that happens.

The framework, the questions, the scoring, the curriculum, and the wording of the site belong to JT Junk Solutions.

Your answers and your results belong to you. Use your diagnosis however you like, including sharing it with your team or your accountant.

The tool is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, JT Junk Solutions is not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from decisions you make based on it.

We may change, pause, or withdraw the tool at any time. We will not delete your results without warning if we can avoid it.

Your results page links to JT's Inner Circle. That is a separate paid product with its own terms, which you will see before paying anything. Taking the audit does not sign you up for it and does not obligate you to buy anything.
