Privacy Policy

Only what you type in. There is no tracking pixel following you around the internet.

• Your name, email address, and phone number if you give it. Phone is optional.
• Your company name, city, state, website, and how long you have been in business.
• Your answers to the audit questions: revenue, jobs, leads, conversations, estimates, costs, pricing, staffing, capacity, and the written answers at the end.
• Any file you choose to upload. This is optional and the audit works without it.
• Basic technical data: your IP address, which we use to stop abuse of the form, and which steps of the audit you completed, so we can see where people give up.

We do not ask for and do not want your bank details, card numbers, tax ID, or customer lists. Please do not upload documents containing them.

• To produce your diagnosis. That is the whole point of the questions.
• To send you your results and, if you ask, email you a copy.
• To follow up with you about JT's Inner Circle.
• To understand, across everyone who takes the audit, what junk removal operators actually struggle with. That shapes what training we build next. This use is always in aggregate, never about you individually.

We use a small number of outside services to run this. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other junk removal businesses, with anyone in your market, or with advertisers.

Your answers are sent to OpenAI, an outside AI service, which writes the plain-English explanation of your diagnosis. If you upload a document, the text inside it is sent too.

Your name, email and phone number are not sent to OpenAI. Under OpenAI's business terms, data sent through their API is not used to train their models.

The AI does not decide your diagnosis. That is worked out by our own scoring rules before the AI is involved. The AI only puts it into words.

Your results live at a web address containing a long random code, something like /results/fb8cad464261494bb1c532a2. That link is not listed anywhere, is blocked from Google and other search engines, and cannot realistically be guessed.

It is not password protected, because that would stop you bookmarking it or forwarding it to your business partner. Anyone you send the link to can see your results, so treat it the way you would treat any document with your numbers in it.

Until you ask us to delete it. We keep completed audits so you can come back to your results and so we can compare your next audit against this one.

• Unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it. We will remove your submission, your answers, any files you uploaded, and your contact record.
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.

Email contact@jtjunksolutions.com and say what you want. We will action it within 30 days, and normally a lot sooner. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

What deleting actually removes: your submission and all of your answers, every file you uploaded, your record in our follow-up system, and the record of which steps of the audit you completed. Your results link stops working. We cannot recover any of it afterwards.

What it cannot reach: any email we already sent you stays in your own inbox, and our AI provider keeps short-term operational logs under their own policy, which expire on their schedule rather than ours. Encrypted database backups roll off within 30 days.

We do not use advertising cookies. While you are filling in the audit, your progress is saved in your own browser so you can close the tab and come back. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you finish.

We count page visits using Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.

Everything is sent over an encrypted connection. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. The area where we review leads is password protected.

No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.

This is a tool for business owners. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
